Andre' and Kelli Kocher are the dynamic duo who lead and motivate The Kocher Team. Their lives are nothing short of inspiring. Their story began as high school sweet hearts . . . a relationship which has turned into a 35-year marriage with two sons, Kyle and Patrick, a daughter-in-law, Tiffany, and three grandchildren. Prior to excelling in the real estate industry, their business experience combined over 25 years in the field of Accounting. Andre' graduated from David Lipscomb University with a BBA in Accounting, and he is a licensed CPA. Kelli graduated from Volunteer State Community College with an AAS in Accounting. They moved to Texas from Tennessee via a job transfer in 1993 and have loved every minute of life in the Dallas/Fort Worth area ever since.
These two goal-oriented partners thrive on an active, healthy lifestyle. Any day of the week you will find the two up by 5:00 am running, cycling, or heading to the gym for a swim. Competing in triathlons, marathons, or cycling races is the norm for weekend activity. And, boy, have they seen the results of their training and hard work - over 150 pounds gone between the two of them! Plus, numerous medals and ribbons decorate their office. Andre’ even boasts the prestigious title of IronMan many times over.

Texas native, Angela Roberts, is a REALTOR® with expertise, not only in real estate, but in people. Angela is a full-time, dedicated agent in real estate sales whose networks in title, lending, repair services, and expanded search power allow her clients complete confidence in her ability to close transactions.
Prior to real estate, Angela held a successful, 10-year career as a licensed social worker, after graduating summa cum laude from Texas Woman’s University. Her expertise in handling the most delicate and sensitive of a family’s needs makes her a real estate agent you can trust.
Angela is a real estate professional with a heart of gold for all people. She is married, lives in Ft. Worth, and is a dog lover. Angela relaxes by knitting and making crafts and gifts for others. She also enjoys being in the kitchen, preparing delicious, healthy meals for family and friends.
Patrick chose to follow in his parents’ footsteps in 2017 and hit the ground running. Spending numerous times in the spotlight as the market center’s Top Buyer’s Agent, Patrick hasn’t regretted one day of entering the real estate industry. And, what a perfect profession for him, as working hard to make a client happy is Patrick’s specialty.
Prior to becoming a Buyer Specialist with The Kocher Team, Patrick spent eight years in the hospitality industry, six of which with Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Patrick has always had the mentality of going the extra mile for his clients. He has honed his skills in listening to the client’s needs and, then, finding solutions and crafting a contract to meet such needs. His job never feels complete until the client is happy and satisfied with their service. Patrick truly remembers the team’s purpose when dealing with each and every home buyer - guiding them with the heart of a teacher, building relationships one house at a time.
In his personal life, Patrick loves baseball and golf. Together with his wife, Tiffany, the team’s Listing Specialist, the two enjoy making their dreams come true in the family business. They, too, are home owners and real estate investors and are parents to three furry canines, Ellie, Boone and Missy.
Julia Roberts brings her experience in the design field to The Kocher Team. Prior to joining The Kocher Team, Julia worked as a graphic and web designer in various industries. There she honed her skills in listening to and asking the right questions to meet and exceed her clients' needs.
In her free time, Julia enjoys attending her Toastmasters Club, gardening, reading and hanging out with her three dogs, Zacch, Puah, and Paddington. She is partnering with Angela, and they cover the entire Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Tiffany has over eight years of experience in the hospitality and event management industry. She has a degree in Event Management graduating from Rosen College of Hospitality, a world-class school of hospitality and tourism. Tiffany has worked for corporations such as Disney, The American Heart Association, an international hotel chain, and a five-star wedding venue. Attention to detail and excellent customer service defines Tiffany’s work ethic. Tiffany and her husband, Patrick Kocher, live in The Colony with their dogs Ellie, Boone, and Missy. Her role as Listing Coordinator includes ensuring listing paperwork is organized, signed by the seller, marketing media is prepared for listings, and listings are activated in the MLS. In early 2020, Tiffany became a Certified iBuyerPro adding to her portfolio of selling options for her clients. Tiffany stays on top of listing matters and communicates frequently with sellers on weekly showings and open houses. The success of each listing is Tiffany’s top priority.
Cathy is our Inside Sales Manager. Our Inside Sales department is responsible for lead follow up, setting appointments, and database management. Cathy's previous experience in marketing and advertising as well as her ability to connect with customers, has contributed to her success in providing excellent customer service to our potential and existing clients. Cathy graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She, along with her husband and two daughters, have been proud Frisco residents for almost 20 years and are actively involved with their school, community, and local church. Cathy enjoys running to stay active and recently completed her fifth 50k ultra marathon.
Sheri was born in west Texas and has lived in the Dallas area most of her life. She earned her BBA - Bachelor of Business in Management from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) in San Marcos Texas. After graduating, Sheri worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry as a Property Manager for Swearingen Management Company for 10 years until she decided to stay home and raise her children. When her children graduated from high school, Sheri went to work for a temporary service helping people find jobs. Sheri discovered Andre & Kelli were seeking an assistant and felt that getting back into real estate was where she belonged.
Sheri is married with 2 children. Sheri, and her husband Ron of 30 years, enjoy traveling and have been all over the world including Holland, Belgium, Australia, Spain, Morocco, South Africa, Jamaica, Argentina, Costa Rica & numerous places in Mexico. Sheri also enjoys reading in her free time.
This creative and artistic Marketing Specialist brings a wealth of positive energy and artistic talent to The Kocher Team. Brittany holds a BS in Business Administration with a certificate in Project Management, which allows her to seamlessly blend her creativity with a make-it-happen work ethic. Prior to joining The Kocher Team, Brittany’s professional background was in administration in the for-profit education industry. Born and raised in California, this married mother of three children and two fur babies moved to Texas in 2017 from Phoenix, Arizona. When Brittany is not efficiently managing marketing efforts for The Kocher Team, she is joyfully juggling a host of family activities, painting and refinishing furniture, and singing in church.
Joy absolutely loves working with people! She comes to the Kocher Team with over 17 years in the real estate industry, having worked in various roles. She is Certified in Staging & Redesign - specializing in "stage to sell". Joy’s role within The Kocher Team is two-fold; she works alongside Sheri to assist with contract coordination and supports Tiffany with new property listings including guidance for staging your home. She has been married for 35 years, has 3 children and a little rescue pup named "Buttons". Whether hiking and exploring urban or nature trails, she loves being outdoors. Joy lives life with the goal to encourage and uplift those with whom she is fortunate enough to cross paths.
Leigh is a native Texan who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Radio TV & Film from UNT. She joined The Kocher Team as an Inside Sales Associate working closely with Cathy to ensure that potential clients are contacted and connected with one of our great agents. Her ability to connect with and serve people over the phone has made her a great fit for this position. Leigh has two children who also reside in North Texas. Besides her kids, the other constants in Leigh's life are her dog and cat. When she's able to get away, the beach is her go-to and she loves a good concert.
Rania recently joined the Kocher Team as an Inside Sales Associate working closely with Cathy and Leigh to ensure potential clients get connected with awesome Kocher Team agents in their quest for the perfect home. Rania is a creative soul with a BA in Advertising and over two decades of experience managing branding and marketing campaigns for big brands. Her desire to help others' visions become a reality is what drew her to real estate. She is currently working on obtaining her real estate license while supporting the team and looks forward to expanding her role as an agent sometime in the future.
Although originally born and raised in Oklahoma, Rania has lived in Texas for 20 years and considers Texas her home. As a mother of four, she resides in Plano with her husband, two youngest children (her two oldest are recent college grads!), and three cats. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, watching comedy shows or docu-dramas, listening to music (which often results in spirited Spotify jam sessions with her husband), traveling, and hanging out with friends or family which always includes lots of joking and laughter!
